My work schedule has been crazy and has forced me to stop transfering to a secondary. Best thing that has ever happened! My last three batches have come out crystal clear, great taste and fantastic. So if you are transfering still I would suggest to stop. These have been my best beers to date
Somehow I have misplaced my yeast. I have a batch of AHS holiday ale that I had ordered quite sometime ago. I was going to make it less the spice kit. The yeast I found ( guessing I mis-used the yeast for this kit on another batch ) is a Belgian wit ale yeast. Do you see any problems using it...
I am just a little confused as the results I have with the extract is amazing. Drinking a dogfish 90 tonight that is off the hook. I have made several batches that come out terrific. So , how much better is it vs the time etc. Is it the ahbs kits that r so good?
I have been brewing extract kits from ahbs and have made some great beer. What is the difference and how much more work is all grain. Will I see a noticable difference. The beer I have now is pretty .... good.
I had to leave town for work and have a batch that was made sitting in the primary during the last three or four weeks. Can I bottle it or should it be discarded?
It is still venting lime crazy. I hate to think what would have happened if I didn't vent this think. Just bottled a fat tire clone that looks great. Drinking a Belgian trippel I made a grilling rattlesnack bites on the grill. Doesn't get any better. Thanks for the
Help

I made a dogfish 99 Friday night. Woke up this morning and the air vent is going crazy venting. Even some of the wort is making it's way into the vent. The bucket kooks like it will explode. Any thing I should do?
