In the UserH20 tab can you unprotect the column of cells to the right for a users water description.
I use Libre Office and the brewdday sheet shows kg as #.###### can you round it down to 3 decimal points

I use 100% RO water for brewing, what / how do I set this in MME I usually set everything to 0.00 and Bicarb to 8 with a ph of 7. my TDS reading of RO is 8ppm

I only brew 10 - 12 batches per year, so my goal is to try and find an easy way to store yeast for up to 6 months. I do not want to go to the trouble of slants, and storing yeast on slurry for that period of time is most likely a no no...

This yeast settles quicker than the trub and hop particles, there's no way you could wash the normal way. My usual way would be to wash yeast is leave it to settle for a short while and pour off the top layers...
