@bford I changed one gallon of apple juice for a gallon of black cherry juice. Its over six months old, looks like a nice red wine and tastes great. Its so cheap to make and so hard to mess up that I think you should experiment with it
It was just a thought I had as I was looking through the forums here. Every time I see someone describe what a Saison tastes like, I think "Damn that sounds really good, I like all of those things" Then I try one and I just don't like it. Now that summer is coming up i find myself...
It's the spicyness that I am not a fan of. It tastes like someone raided a kitchen pantry and just threw random spices into the beer. But dammit I am trying really hard to like them:drunk:
Hey everyone I wanted to know if you guys have either a type of beer or a particular beer that you really really want to like but you just don't. For me it's Saisons. I really want to like them but I have yet to drink one that I actually like. Everytime I read a recipe for one it sounds uber...
I love sour beers. I have not had too many, maybe four or five different ones but I have not been disappointed by one yet and just love how strange they are. That being said, I drink IPA's the most because I'm from San Diego but I am kinda getting over all the big hop forward beers. I love a...

I would say a Green Flash IPA if you can get your hands on it. It was one of the first IPA's that I actually enjoyed. After that maybe a Stone Enjoy by. Both of those beers are worth a taste
No one in San Diego will argue about how whiney he is haha. But the Chargers are 5-2 against teams finishing the season with a winning record. And every team in the playoffs own a winning record :D Just look for the upset special against the bengals.
P.S. Why does it look like no one wants...
Phillip Rivers plays up to competition and also down to competition. He played against second stringers so he played like one. When he plays against a good team he will play like a good QB! GO CHARGERS!
the jets defense can stop the dolphins, I have no idea what sport the ravens think they are playing but it doesn't look like football, and the chiefs are sitting players. All this sounds like a recipe for some Chargers postseason football!!!
