So i just came into about 25lbs worth of whole pomegranate and i got the idea to turn it into mead! i was wondering if the best way to incorporate it would be to just throw the seeds in whole or should i put them all in a big bowl and mash them first and dump the pulp into my fermenter?

Stuck one in the fridge yesterday morning, poured 5 mins ago and its clear as a bell, has a sort of sandpapery feel on the tongue...flavor is not bad though, is infected beer ok to drink? :cross:
