I have been a geek since birth, I am the typical nerd with a ham radio, soldering station, and lots of gadgets. I build and fight combat robots, race Powerwheels in a national competition, and have a garage full of 3D printers, CNC lasers, and routers, and typical Maker-Space stuff.

I spent 18 years as a flight paramedic and now enjoy my time on the ground as a financial planner and wealth manager.

Home Brewing Biography
I started brewing in 2014 after receiving a kit for Fathers Day. I have been brewing 15-20 batches a year ever since. I utilize SS 7 gallon fermenters and Tilt Hydrometers for my beer fermentation and a "Fast Ferment" conical fermenter for my Meads. Over the years I have brewed Stouts, IPA's, Cream Ales, Triples, Barleywines, Lagers, Hefeweizens, Dunkelweizens, Altbeirs, Kolsch's, Porters, and Black Lagers. I have not done a Pilsner yet though. My favorite and repeat brews are a Blackened Voodoo clone, a Pablano IPA, and Kolsch's.
