    Making Traditional Sake! The difference between it and Rice wine.

    I have tried twice now to make the Kome-Koji and this is the result. I have sanitized everything, so I thought. And insight to the error of my ways would be greatly appreciated. I am using a Styrofoam cooler, with a heating pad on a stone. I am able to keep the temp right at 95 F. :confused:
