Onto the HB Quad. As mentioned before, there are 2 bottlings. One with CBC-1 bottling conditioning yeast and one with just carb drops. This is CDC which clearly has more gas and dryer. Anyway, "Fun with Quads".... kinda like "Fun with Flags" but different.

Welp, the Imperial Stout ended a bit short at 11.2% (only 1 week with Kveik). This is making the beer too bitter for my liking. It is, however, very clean tasting! Luckily I have some Lactose from fixing the Hazy. So many new ingredients (yeast) and changed up the way I brew so guess there's...
