Did you measure the water you filled it up with by weight or volume? If volume try weight next time. Curious to see the results.

Exactly this. The only 240v i have is an extra one in the laundry room. The room is directly behind the garage so i could theoretically take that 240v from the box with a new longer wire and throw it over the wall (joist ceilings in laundry room) quite easily. (Id grab a 30A GFCI of course)...

How much boil-off does the 10.5 lose on 120 and 240? Trying to figure out what sort of ventilation i'm going to need switching to garage (or laundry room lol) small 5 gallon batch brewing. I'm guessing a Steam Slayer would be overkill... but it looks like it could work with the stock lid...

Just did a Halcyon / Motueka SMaSH and it was seriously out of this world! Highly recommended! Pale, nutty, a little biscuit or toast... up front citrus aroma but also a unique stone fruit and tropical fruit note to it. Super tasty summer APA.

I just take the sanitized bottle filler stick (attached to the tube and all) and stir the newly racked beer for a few seconds right before starting my first bottle. Been all good.

Well Centennial is just Cascade on crack... save the Cascade if you're going that route and just use the Centennial. I never use the two in the same beer because of how similar they are. I just finished up a Euro-Belgian IPA that turned out EXCELLENT with 5oz/5gal dry hop. Utilized only .5oz...

That's the WORST! You'll rebrew a beer you havent done in months and when it's time to drink you'll take a sip and get the... "****, last batch was so much better than this one!". lol i hate what that happens.
