I cut the handle off an old bucket and started bending the...

    Tangerine ale help!

I’m interested to see how the amoretti works out.. my local brewery uses the amoretti blood orange purée for their ipa and they can’t keep enough of it on tap.. my hope is to create something similar that’s light, crisp, and has a nice tangerine twang to it. What do you think about the hops I...

    Tangerine ale help!

Hello fellow home brewers! I have been putting together ideas for a tangerine ale recipe for a while now. I’d like to make something similar to lost coast tangerine wheat but in a blonde ale style. I made an impulse buy at the home brew supply store today and I wanted some input on the brew...

Central valley or bay area members

Y’all working on any brews at the moment? My mocktoberfest ale has about a week left priming, and I have a tangerine blonde recipe on the way from northern brewer.

    No chill question

Thanks for the replies! I own a couple wort chillers and do use them, I was just thinking I could potentially remove the chill step and also save a little water. And as a bonus I could possibly use the time the wort is chilling on its own to let the yeast starter do its thing.

    No chill question

Hi everyone, So I finally pulled the trigger and bought an ss brewtech 7 gallon stainless steel bucket fermenter. I was thinking (which may be my first problem lol) could I just dump my hot boiled wort straight into the fermenter, seal it, and come back to it later when it’s reached pitching...
