    Ballast Point Homebrew Recipes

Great find! I will definitely be looking into brewing some of these.

    carbing a 9.5L keg

Yes, but don't be surprised if it takes a little longer. I have had my kegs take up to two weeks to fully carb, but I haven't changed the O-rings/seals in a long time either.

    carbing a 9.5L keg

I agree with day tripper. I used to force keg by rocking it and there were times when I would get good carbing for a day and then it would end up over-carbed. The slow and steady way is by far the best, it takes longer, but in the end you will have perfectly carbed beer by following day...

    Aerating wort

I now use an air stone and oxygen tank, but I used to use two sanitized 5 gallon home depot buckets and pour the wort back and forth. It was a pain and I was always worried that I was going to spill it. I would say your way is fine and less likely to make a mess.

    Primary/secondary containers

Ahhh... I have never made cider, thanks for clarifying though.

    Primary/secondary containers

It all depends on what you're making. I don't use a secondary unless I am making a lager, or something that needs to be aged like a RIS... Just give what you are making 10-14 days in the primary if you have good temp control. You can do a d-rest and cold crash it if you like, but like I said...

    BIAB Help

I agree... rice hulls certainly won't hurt in a situation like that, but you can definitely get by without them for BIAB.

    OxyClean +1

I know people swear by PBW, but I use oxy for everything that needs soaking. Oxy and StarSan are my two main cleaners/sanitizers. I do use the free though.
