Been brewing now for awhile and I am starting to get more and more comfortable with all grain and keeping my temps right where I need them. I have found that BrewPal on my IPhone has helped out on this. Brewed up a Stone IPA clone yesterday, a Dry Hopped Pale Ale two weeks ago, Arrogant Bastard is going in bottles today and Widmer KGB Imperial Stout is on week 4 in the fermenter and doing great!
