when i make root beer i crank it up to 50 to 60 psi put a board on my lap invert corny that has chilled over night and i shake the corny for 15 mins gently till it really stops gurgling much. Then i disconnedt lower pressure back to normal and wait a bit and pull blowoff to vent excess pressure...
Yep its been over a year since i lost touch with the site. I was looking at my Canadian redvine hops the other day man i don't have tnem on a trellis yet and they are over 15 feet long all over the ground.

full sun is fine but they do not tolerate being dry you need to keep them watered.
not drought tolerant need water and need to be mulched heavy to hold moisture in not flooded but not dry need to be damp all the time.

I hve 10 gallons of the stuff its from a bakery supply house for baking what else can it be used for? its light malt colored and sweet must be just high enzyme content.

ok guys i degassed it and checked with my old hygrometer made for beer and it is now 1.040 and estimates were near 1.120 starting put it at 10 or 11% potential alcohol. i will let it set a while and check in a few weeks if it stays same then i guess were going to put it in grolsch bottles and...
