    No channeling that we have noticed. We do need to look at the grain crush, right now we get it crushed at the local homebrew store. Thinner mash is an interesting idea, may have to look into that.

    We are usually done in about 30 minutes, a little on the fast side so we are looking to move a little slower to maybe 45 minutes in the future.

    I have been brewing AG for a little over a year and looking for ways to increase efficiency. One of the things we have discussed is our sparge water temperature.
