As a chef for 20 + years, i felt it it time to brew for my self gradification. New to the hobby my plans include to force carbonate my brews, yes more kegging; less bottling right from GO! Obviously I have most of the equiptment, or access to the ones I need; {work perks 
} , however the opportunity to share and learn is the best tool we all have. I have since upgraded my equiptment to include all-grain brewing (12-30-08).
