Do you think this would be ok? looks like it will not be completely submerged in the liquid.. Should I try to get the bend after the foam pictured below into the cooler? Or do you think it would be ok?
does anyone have any advice on bending the copper tubing? I am afraid I am going to kink the lines. It seems like it needs to be bent a lot to fit it in a cooler
What yeast did you use for the pressure fermentation. I just did my first batch in the fermzilla with M84 yeast at 20 psi almost a week ago and the sample I tasted was terrible I am hoping it cleans itself up
I made a dark Czech Lager on Sunday and fermented it at room temperature under pressure at 20 psi temp was 68 and rose to 72 it started at 1.055 and is now at 1.012 been steady for a couple of days. I tasted a sample today and it had a strange off flavor maybe diacetyl but I am not sure this...
