I just built this table for my smoker last night, I ran out of wood to finish the shelf. Smoking some ribs and wings for me for Fathers Day.

I finally made it to the liquor store, they have 5 cases of Hopslam, for 17.99 a six pack. if somebody wants some shoot me a pm and we can work something out.

I didn't realize this was so hard to find, I used to alway see Hopslam in the store. I haven't been in a liquor store for a few months, just been drinking home brew. I will stop in tomorrow and see what they have, I would have no problem sending some out if they have it. I think it was around...

Thats kind of how I did mine and it works out great. I put phone plugs on the end and plug them into the phone jack, and then ran one cat 5 to the BCS.

I live in Minnesota and was wondering the same thing, it seems like sitting in the back of a UPS truck overnight in below zero weather wouldn't be good for the yeast. And my closest LHBS is 2 hours away. I have been washing some of the yeast i have now to get me through the winter.

I didnt even really think about that, I had my bro in law, who is an electrician, wire it all up for me. He was obviously thinking about all the beer i was going to pay him with, instead of safety that day. I was planning to Sheetrock that wall pretty soon i might have to move a few things...
