I Just opened up my first batch of WCPA and everyone liked it! I fermented 3 weeks, bottle carbed/conditioned for 2 weeks and fridge for 1 week.

So what is the best way with MB to have a beer taste more fruity? I am going to start a Cherry Crush lager that is 1 Can Whispering Wheat Weizenbier HME, 1 Can Pale Export UME and a can of cherries.
What if I want more cherry flavor to come out?

Well, a couple weeks in the fridge and it tastes like root beer-beer. More alcoholic

I wonder if better yeast would have helped?? I hear the yeast with MB is very generic and not the best.

I did a search here for a recipe for hard lemonade, but they all seem to be centered around using frozen concentrate. I don't want to use that... I have a lemon tree with more lemons than I know what to do, so I want to use those instead.
