    I Just opened up my first batch of WCPA and everyone liked it! I fermented 3 weeks, bottle carbed/conditioned for 2 weeks and fridge for 1 week. success!!

    So what is the best way with MB to have a beer taste more fruity? I am going to start a Cherry Crush lager that is 1 Can Whispering Wheat Weizenbier HME, 1 Can Pale Export UME and a can of cherries. What if I want more cherry flavor to come out? thanks G

    Well, a couple weeks in the fridge and it tastes like root beer-beer. More alcoholic Now. I wonder if better yeast would have helped?? I hear the yeast with MB is very generic and not the best.

    Interesting idea. How would you use the oak chips? Float them in the mixture? if so, for how long?

    Hi Everyone, I did a search here for a recipe for hard lemonade, but they all seem to be centered around using frozen concentrate. I don't want to use that... I have a lemon tree with more lemons than I know what to do, so I want to use those instead. Anyone have a tested recipe that...
