I'll tell you that I just made a beer with 25.5% rye. Pale Ale. Way too much rye if you ask me. I'd knock it back to 20% or even 18%. That's just me, though.

Your crush is going to greatly affect your efficiency. Buying a mill was one of the best purchases I've made. My local homebrew shop's crush gave me ~65% efficiency. I'm now ~80% with my crush at home. You'll hit your numbers when you can plan accordingly. And that takes time. Everyone's setup...
