The elder clone kit was awesome!! its comes in individual packs with what time to add the hops, makes for a simple brew day. The aroma and taste are almost identical. I forgot to add the sugar to up the ABV so mine is a little on the lower side of ABV. still 6.5 --- I mashed at 149 for an hour...

Yea I deffenity learned a lot from this experience, I thought I would have an extra 3 gal of sparge water but ended up using it all to hit the 8 gal mark. Im glad I took the plunge
so my first AG day turned out alright so far, I only had a few hickups.
