I have brewed this guy about 8 batches so far... dont plan on stopping.
I really suggest using the suggested syrup recipe too. I did two batches with shelf bought syrups to test the difference and went back to making the double cook caramel at home.
going to do a 5Gal batch of this really soon with local raw honey as soon as we finish growing the chamomile.... been looking forward to this since april!
brewed about 35gal of this guy so far.... tried once with caramel we purchased ( not as good)... brewed 2 batches with white labs California ale yeast (this is how we will do it from now on).
