Flat after 2 months of lagering

I get it filled at a homebrew supply store, so pretty sure this shouldn't be the issue. Ok, I've considered this, but wasn't really sure. If I throttle the spout enough that the beer pours without any head and is till flat, is it still possibly overcarbonated? If so, how can I lower it...

I don't see any defects. It is a cheaper type that has a seam around it though. Definitely something worth looking into.

Checked for leaks with the lines on the keg and found nothing. Disconnected the lines and checked again. Found that the beer side poppet valve leaks a little, but with the beer line installed it's not an issue. I'm fairly certain it's not a leak.

Gotcha, makes sense. Alright, I'll go to a soap bubble check and see what I come up with.

Why? The CO2 tank isn't really losing pressure. When a get a sample, I can hear some flow through the regulator. Even if there were a leak, it's still being compensated for by the CO2 tank. Is there a specific location that you have in mind that would give these kind of indications?

3/16" and about 5' long. The beer in the line looks fine too. There's no air or foam in the line.

I apologize if this has been covered already. I can't imagine that it hasn't, but I couldn't find anything for me when searching the forums. This is not a case of impatience... So, about three months ago, I decided to up my game (from strictly ales and bottle carbonating) and get...

First time all grain - big beer or not?

i say go big. imo, there is a little more wiggle room for error in big beers. the lighter crisp beers take a little more finesse because there is much less tolerance for off flavors. the main thing to be concerned about is your mash temp. with a high OG beer; too high of a temp and you can have...

Is Beersmith available for MAC yet?

i think they pretty much all have the ability to share recipes. in fact, beerxml is kind of the standard file type. i'm pretty sure any brewing software can open a beerxml file, so sharing is easy regardless of which program you're running. they all have there own native file types too. there...

it definitely does all of that. as far as hops utilization, the newest update calculates utilization for if you brew with the hops in a mesh bag. prints an easy to follow instruction... although, i'm not sure exactly what you mean by "pre-brew prep." i sometimes do double decoctions...

Is Beersmith available for MAC yet?

Beer Alchemy is 100% native Mac software. In other words it runs smooth, fast and is really just a fantastic program. If you have a Mac, I really don't understand why you're still looking. What does BeerSmith have that Beer Alchemy doesn't?
