BTW I had been meaning to post here for awhile. I tried this recipe, except I replaced half the cascades with Saaz hops. It came out awesome, and the 2 cases were gone quickly. Thanks!

I added sugar to bring up the alcohol slightly like I did with my Ale and it was ok so I did it again. Basically I used just 1 can 3lbs of extract boiled in about 1.5 gallons of water with the sugar. I moved it to the primary and topped it off at just over 5 gallons in the bucket. Nothing exotic.

well im not sold on it thats for sure. the cherry flavor doesnt taste natural to me even though it says real cherrys on the bottle. And the finish is a bit rough, too much bite.
