I like your design and have been gathering parts. On your mini power relay can you safely use the black and neutral to power the relay? So it automatically changes? Worst case you run half of the 240, = 120 if the relay failed.

My wife is allowing me to build a tiki bar. I would like it to be a tiki bar and a place to store some of the brewing equioment. ( keggles, burners, pots, keezer) any ideas that can accommodate this?

What was your fermentation temperature profile? Did you deviate from the recipe?

I brewed a batch listed on csi website. It came out very clean. This next batch i will try to start fermentation temp in the high 60s. I will try to keep it under 72ish. Has anyone else have similar results?

I am building an all grain system. I am modeling off of the brewmagic craft brewer rims system. I have most of major items purchased or made. I am getting the chugger pump with the ¾” inlet. My valves and pick up tubes are ¾”. How far off the bottom should the pickup tube be 1/8”, ¼” or… Anyone...
