    Drink all night and never get drunk?!?

    I also read this, I am going to try it tomorrow, having some folks over for a fire, and I generally have a hard time finding my house afterwards. Should mention the fires are in my backyard... so I'll check it out and report back later.

    How do you add rice extract?

    And that's what we get for thinking. I remember thinking a half gallon was enough head space for my first batch of beer. The foam was likewise erupting from my s type airlock. Have you ever tried to clean foam out of an s type airlock? But hey, we live, we learn, we make better beer for it, right?

    Easy drinker

    Thanks Timrox, I have been wanting to try stepping grains, but I wasn't really sure what to do with them, or how much it would actually affect the final product. I am going to try to brew a mocha stout here soon, and I think I'll try using some chocolate malt.

    Watermelon Wine

    What if you cooked watermelon juice down to concentrate it like you do with maple syrup, then use the slightly thicker product and added your additional sugar? Just a thought.

    Okay, so the Light LME vs. Amber should give it a lighter color, correct? What exactly will the steeping grains add, and/or contribute? I have read about them, but I am unsure of how to use/what they do exactly.

    I would like to know what they said while refusing to post the review, as was mentioned earlier it might be sure top the term bastard, though it is used appropriately. But for they give a reason when they refused it?

    Hey folks. I have a recipe for an easy drinking American style lager/ ale. I say lager/ ale because it's made like an ale but drinks like a lager. I wanted to know if anybody had any real ideas for how I could make it better, without making it drastically harder. So thanks for any legitimate...
