letting it carb till Father’s Day so we shall see the final result on Sunday. I hope it changes but I can’t imagine carbing my beer would drastically change the flavor but I will update.
I just kegged my caribou slobber AG and I completely agree it tastes watered down as well. I hoping somehow the keg will help it out but we shall see. Any updates on the reason it came out so tasteless?
For a rose hip wheat saison recipe calls for 1oz helga hops (5.6 AA).
My question is if it ok to swap the helga hops with Sylva hops (5.8 AA) and still have the same flavors and aroma?? Or should I stick with the helga for best results?? I'm a noob so please excuse if its a stupid question.
