    ipa dry hop combo. Centennial, Mosaic, Simcoe

    5 gal batch It's come time to dry hop my latest ipa, and i have an ounce of each left over. Was thinking an ounce of Mosaic and an ounce of Centennial. Any of you guys use this combo?, or dump all 3 in? or a different combo? Interested to hear your thoughts.

    Its not the worlds finest Pilsner, thats for sure, but far from the worst. Ticks most of the boxes, Slightly sweet with a nice grainy malt hit finishing with a bitterness and the end for balance. Its probably the slightly metallic bite to the bitterness that lets it down overall. Pretty cheap...

    Great Aussie beer. Modus Operandi and Feral Brewing Co. are two Australian brewers with beers worth getting your hands on if you guys ever get the chance.
