My tap water is pretty good. When it fits the profile I need, I'll use it. If not, then RO water.

I used some 10+ year old EC 1118 earlier this year without any issues. It fired right up.

I back sweetening with 300 grams of erythritol per gallon. It turns out good. I might have to give Splenda a try.
