I agree! I've been in several times and always enjoy doing a tasting. I have a bottle of their 2019 blueberry mead I plan on opening next time I'm with my son and grandson. I expect it'll be pretty tasty by now.

Welcome to HBT! I'd rack it from under the floaties and give it a taste. If it tastes good, I'd bottle it. Not likely at all to grow anything that is harmful to you but it may not taste good.

SA BA. Got this in a mixed holiday case. It had several interesting and tasty beers and this one. Wish they'd have just given me one more of each of the others!

Michelada, tacos al pastor, pico de gallo, guacamole (Alton Brown recipe; check it out. You'll be glad you did.), esquites, the very Mexican😆 bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers stuffed with cotija and cream cheese.

Michelada, homemade Bloody Mary mix. Spicy, very tasty.
