The pumpkin porter spice I made (which was disappointing) mixed with Guiness American Lager - much better mixed.

I just brewed this last Friday (1.1.16) and I think it's done, but I have never bottled anything after only 8 days, so I'm a bit nervous. Took a gravity reading today and it was 1.000... tasted and smelled great.

Thanks, I had no idea a 10# tank would last that long. Space is at a premium so I was attracted to the smaller setup, but I will keep looking
