I say do It normal is boring and you just might like it. If the volume stays the same you should add the numbers together and be pretty close. At Hopville.com you could have punched in those numbers, but they sold out to Brewtoad.com and there site sucks.
I brew in Gilbert AZ, my house is 78-80 degrees in the summer time with the A/C pumping. I Put My fermentation bucket in a large pot of water cooled with ice to maintain 70-74 degrees.
Thx to everyone. I took some down to the local brew store, and we sampled one. No off smellls or taste. The bubbles in the bottles have faded alot, and the taste is great.
I have strange bubbles floating on top of my beer. Bottled 7-3-12 never had this problem before. Used Muntons primium gold dry yeast for the first time and had a OG of 1.050 and FG of 1.003. I also never had FG that low before. It tasted great @ bottling it would really hurt to loose this one...
