- My step son got me into homebrewing when he got me a Mr beer kit. That was almost 5 years ago. I fell in love with homebrewing right away. From there I went to brew demon, & then I started brewing one gallon recipes from northern Brewer. I enjoyed doing one gallon batches because I live in a small apartment, & it's so much easier for me to store equipment. I now brew 2.5 gallon batches at a time. I just recently started brewing 5 gallon batches.

- American west coast red ale ( my favorite) I'm really getting in to IPA's now. I love brewing IPA's that lean towards more flavor than bitterness.

- I've never kegged before. I've been thinking about kegging since i started brewing 5 gallon batches. I could get rid of all my bottles. ( Which would make my wife happy) Happy wife, happy life.
