    How did ancient people brew mead without nutrients?

    So I recently got some nutrients and I did a brew that probably hit 16% I dont have the money to buy a hydrometer but im definitely drunk and high. I ate like 500MG of THC gummy worms idk I lost count honestly. But mead with nutrient tastes better and its stronger what even is the nutrient anyway.

    I Wonder if this is real.

    I think chocolate and coffee have caffeine but they must extract it or synthesize it for stuff like mountain dew. Alcohol seems a lot more natural than most people think. Dang I wrote this when I was drunk and stoned and totally forgot I posted this.

    Thanks ill probably just let it sit tonight and transfer tomorrow. I think its starting to settle down but if it doesn't ill go buy a bucket and transfer. I dont have a siphon though or even a carboy I just started but the apple juice had very little foam. This is my setup.
