    Homebrew coach?

100 gals or so (maybe 80), not batches! Just looking to smooth the edges of the process by having a pro look over my shoulder.

    Homebrew coach?

Started extract in early ‘00s, built my new brewery this spring and started all-grain. Never brewed a beer my friends (and I) didnt love. Brewed about 100 gals so far all-grain - looking to get better.

    Homebrew coach?

Working out kinks in my new brew-room and looking for a commercial (or alternatively VERY experienced homebrewer) to hang out for my next brew day (Fairfield County, CT). e-HERMS 20g setup Will supply homebrew and snacks plus maybe a slave to clean up. Any takers?

    Temps vs. Timers

So while you're heating up your strike water from mash temp to mashout (roughly 169 or so) - is that just "extra" mash time or included in the roughly 60 mins mash?

    Temps vs. Timers

1/2 BBL CONICAL - SPIKE OR SS Brewtech?

Trying to decide between these two - assume I'll be doing both heated and cooled extras. Anyone have a view on which to go with?

Noob needs advice on kegging several batches!

Sadly I won't have a chance in a week - either I do something with it now or I have to wait two weeks (I'll be out of town after this weekend for two weeks) - what to do!?

Noob needs advice on kegging several batches!

Relatively new to homebrewing, though have made many great batches of ales already! Looking for advice on what to do with 4 (5-gallon) batches of ale I brewed two weeks ago (on Sat the 9th) and need to Keg for consumption in late June. I have kegged (forced carb) and bottled (in-bottle...
