    I first cut off the top of the water jug, then used a 2" PVC fitting with female threads and I used PVC cement to connect them together.

    Well, I just finished my hopper for my Crankenstein grain mill. I just used an old 5 gallon water jug, a couple PVC fittings and some 1" cutting board material. I also picked up a 5 gallon bucket to catch the crushed grains. I ran 1lb of pale ale through it as a test and it worked...

    I am drinking my second batch of home brew which is a Weiss beer. This was a kit I purchased from a local HBS which included specialty grains. As you can see in the background, My new 10 gallon coolers arrived today as well. Time to do an all grain for my next batch.

    Can anyone tell me how this wort chiller works?

    You can either hook it up to your home water supply via garden hose connections or if you are using a big tub of ice water, you would need a pump to push the ice water through the chiller.
