    Mine finished at 1.026, down from 1.112. Super tasty after two months in the bottle, trying hard to age them without sampling every now and then.

    Thanks, I wanted to make a "smash" pilsner but since the 2014 Saaz is so low in alpha i was considering substituting with some higher AA hops to reduce hops in the kettle
