    How do you clean the kegs? Also does the non-carbonated beer taste OK when you go from secondary to keg? It's good to taste thru the whole process to determine when a "bad" taste occurred. FWIW I clean mine with a keg washer using PBW. I just let is wash for a good day or so. Then I follow up...

    There you go. Problem solved. Not knowing what grains were involved or where you live it was hard to determine what was available. Luckily where I live we have a excellent active club, so someone usually has a mill to help out.

    Spray StarSan on every possible connection and look for bubbles. I had a cracked fitting that I could not find forever. Finally I found it. If I disconnect everything pressure will gradually bleed out (over the course of 24 hours) of the primary gauge. But the regulator gauge should never drop.

    I'd just been practical and bought the specialty grains I needed there and had them milled. It can't have been much grain. Goodwill on both parts.
