Three years later since the last post, this thread is still on my bookmarks. Always come to check it out as a reference. I was a total newbie when I found it, and now that I understand just a lil bit more about brewing I have so much more respect for this build. great job

White Oak aged Jai Alai (just picked up this past weekend from recent local distribution).

Not sure if this is infected. My current secondary. Used Bavarian Wheat, w Willimate and centennial, w Wyest American wheat Yeast, and sweet orange peel at flame out. After primary tasted amazing. But I had to go and get creative and added mango to secondary. Now not sure if this is infected...
