I bought 11 lbs worth of cracked grain from my LHBS 5 months ago. I read it only lasts 3 weeks... Is this correct? Its onluy a $14 loss. I would rather use fresh grain and not waste my time with bad grain. What do you think?

I went to Lowes and got the copper tubing that fits into the Watts -A41 fitting, its 1/4in OD. How did you get 3/8 in OD copper tubing to fit into that Watts-A41?
