    Watch out for fusal alcohols. I don't think conditioning will take care of them. It will be a better beer without them. And you will have them at 90F, or even 80F.

    Muscle Relaxers. Do they really help as an adjunct to sleep?

    Muscle relaxers are the S$^#T for sleep. Doctors give them to me for my back. They don't do a damned thing for my back, but make me sleep so well! Some people I knw that have taken them at night thought it left them in a haze the next day. Not me.

    I have a set-up where I can monitor the fermentation temp inside the fermenter using a bimetal thermometer that i calibrate right before I set it. Most of the time femrentation temps run ~4F (give or take a degree or two) warmer than ambient temps. But everyonce in a while it goes nuts...
