I use the 15 gallon bayou classic stainless kettles with valves and brewhardware temp/sightglass. Great setup for around $200. brewhardware sells the kettles.
I have two of the 15 gallons and I think they are great. Add brew hardware sight glasses/thermos, and ball valves with camlocks and you have a really nice setup.
Yep, I spent hours researching and trying to find elusive parts, only to realize that selling it on Craigslist for a small loss and buying a more expensive reconditioned keg would make things much easier.
