I'm very new to brewing and get a sense that something isn't quite right with the flavor of this batch. I would like to mail someone one bottle and expect only experienced critique in return.
Is there a way to do it without "contaminating" it with wort? Could I just add sugar water? How do the yeast companies do it without imparting any flavors?
