    hello i'm new

    ok this is my second batch of hard cider, first batch got contaminated some how after fermentation it had a scum on top and smelt bad so i tossed it. Second batch i think is done (10 days now and i use the Levein dry yeast or one of the Levein family) no more from air lock dropped sanitized...
