    Small scale barrels

With a 2L barrel, I found that a month was too long to let it sit for a whisky.

It is a medium plus char and is pretty tiny, about smaller than a football.

    Small scale barrels

So I have a 2 Liter barrel that I am going to be filling with a yet to be named spirit. I was wondering if anyone had any feedback as to this practice. The barrel I have is a 2L barrel from oakbarrelsltd.com. I was going to just start off with a whisky/scotch and see what a month on wood...

Turn your old bottles into glasses!

I also think I may be able to grind them down to straight if I tried. Though, I am no tool expert at tools.

Turn your old bottles into glasses!

haha, this was the first time I tried it, mostly just to see if the string thing actually worked. Well, it did, just poorly. They're not going to be glasses anyway, they're being used for candles. I am sure I could get better at it, but this method my not be the key...but yes, very ****ty job ;)
