    I made a 5 gallon sweet feed mash and followed a good recipe. I dont have my numbers in front of me. But my first ABV reading was around 14% and my end ABV was at 8% . And that sounded wrong for the amount of sugar I put into it. The fermentation lasted about a week. And I am using a wine...
