Fermenting: blueberry melomel, peach-raspberry melomel, pineapple melomel.
Riddling: chocolate strawberry champagne.
Aging: strawberry wine, coconut wine, coconut melomel, chocolate mead, plum wine, blueberry chamomile metheglin (melo-metheglin?).
Bottled: orange bossom mead, chocolate mead, cherry melomel, chile capsicumel.
