25lbs for 24hrs, 15lbs for 24hrs, 10lbs for 24hrs, serve. I will shake it for about 30sec a few times throughout the first day. Has worked great on all styles of beer for me.
Hunting season is rapidly approaching here in California, just wondering if anybody else out there enjoys taking their home brew along for those nights under the stars around the campfire. Also nothing like a mug of Homebrew after bagging that game you've been hunting.
Welcome Cezar. Im not too far away in Roseville. My one piece of advice is to spend a little more and get a Corney keg setup. I went through about six brews with bottles and you just get fed up with it. Going keg was the best decision I made.
My fermenter temp was already at 56 degrees I've had it in a refrigerator with temperature control for about a week but I just bought this freezer today
So I tested my new chest freezer and set it for 55°. it will click on at 56° to cool down. it cooled down from 56° to 50°. so I figured I would split the difference to get the desired fermentation temperature and set it for 60° hopefully it will have a fermentation temperature of 57°. am I on...
