    Apple Juice Wine

Yes give it some time for the flavor to take over.If after some time you don't get any flavor you can add some peach juice after you remove some liquid from the carboy. I had the same issue with a strawberry wine.It had to much alcohol and no flavor at all. I waited some time 1-2 months and it...

    Apple wine

I usually like to use 4-5 cans of concentrate per gallon. this will give you a fuller flavor and you will not have to add as much sugar cause there is already sugar content in the juice. 1.100 is a good S.G. reading for a 12% wine

My SG is off the charts.

It's now in the secondary fermenter for 3 days and still fermenting very well. I did add 4 more cans of welche's white grape raspberry concentrate to top it off.

New Maple wine with high SG

What he's telling you is that your SG reading 1.135 will not ferment into a dry wine cause the sugar content is so high. This is fine if you like sweeter wines.

My SG is off the charts.

I started a 6 gallon batch of welch's white grape raspberry wine. There is a total of 56 - 12oz cans and about 8 cups of water in this 6 gallon batch. The SG reading was off the hydrometer chart (unmeasureable). Is this going to ruin the wine? Should i split it up into two primary fermenters and...
