2 weeks in primary. Took sample it's done. Not near the lime I was thinking would be. Lots of banana with hefe 4. More than I thought also. Give it 1 more week and keg up to see. Followed 1st recipe
in my experience conan yeast makes a cloudy beer......
I plan to brew this up today....I don't have carared..would it be better to just use 8 ounce caramunich or 4 and some light crystal or melanoiden
I just mashed in and hit 152 instead of my intended 155......should I add small amount of malto dextrin to get some of that body back?

The 1 oz chinook whirlpool needs replacement
I have northern brewer summit all the no hops citra amirillo columbus ect.....just trying to get close to chinook on whirlpool addition to get close to abner.
