My Oktoberfest, but I decided to try the Danstar saison yeast instead of the typical lager yeast. I probably won't be doing that again, if you're wondering how it turned out.
Just throwing this out there, my bag and grains just drape over the element. I use a 5500W ULWD element, a PID w/auto-tune and full time recirc. I've never scorched grain or messed up my bag.
Love the idea of using chrome exhaust tips, I'm totally stealing that idea! How are you going to get into the keezer for keg changes and cleanup? That's about the only bit of logistics keeping me from putting mine in a coffin at this point.
I recently noticed that Sierra Nevada Pale Ale gave me the hiccups (not like that'll stop me from drinking it).
Pickle juice gets rid of hiccups for me post haste.
Them that don't know him won't like him and them that do,

We were going to do this, until I did a bit of pricing and discovered that I could purchase and install a spa panel for the cost of a gfci breaker alone, along with making a 20ft 240v drop cord.
Looks like logic (read P-J) wins out.
