I am tired of people coming up to me and telling me that Bud or Coors are their favorite beers. I have made it my mission to come up and design out of this world beers. Beers for all people, not just enthusiasts. I like my beer to stand out and not fit in with the norm. Otherwise, it's just not worth it. I like coming up with ideas and recipes that make people cock their heads and say, "Why?" to which I reply, "Why not?" If I wanted it to taste like **** I would go buy some crap from the store. So go ahead break the boundaries of what people tell you will be good and go for something odd and interesting. Remember, coloring in the lines never wins you a award, its straying outside the box that gets you a winner. Oh....fruit the beer, I'm tired of being mocked for doing so, but with the right quantities and ratios, it will knock your socks off.
